Manufacturing process of wooden hangers
Nowadays, wooden hangers are welcomed by more and more consumers, so how is it made?
The production process of wooden hangers is very complicated: the wood must be dried first, and it is better to dry naturally (but due to the different climates in different places, it is recommended to choose relatively stable wood, such as beech, rubber wood, and ash, otherwise it will crack). Then customize the mold, cut the material, splice the hanger, shape the gong machine, polish and spray paint several times, wait for the paint to dry, and finally pack it.
Among them, spray paint is very important: a good wooden hanger is closely related to the production process. The following two processes are introduced: two-bottom single-sided or multi-bottom multi-sided.
The wooden hanger is basically shaped after cutting, grinding, polishing, and ash filling. At this time, it is necessary to use a different process to color the hanger, that is, color the hanger with colored paint or varnish. The effect of coloring and clothes hanger comes out, this is the two-bottom single-sided.
The multi-bottom and multi-surface spray paint treatment of the hanger is to apply the primer multiple times. This is used to produce hangers with a special process. The first step of primer as a hanger spray paint is mainly to improve the adhesion, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance of the topcoat, while also ensuring the absorption of the topcoat.
The primers used for painting wooden hangers on the market are generally PE and PU primers. We can choose according to the different characteristics of the products used; top paints generally include ordinary paints, varnishes and some special paints (hand paints, crack paints) , Imitation leather paint, etc.). When making clothes hangers, the main methods are manual spray paint and pure hand rubbing colors, which are selected according to the different effects of the clothes hanger.
The advantage of wooden hangers is that they can be customized, ranging from wood species, wooden hanger models, to electroplating effects of metal accessories, to paint effects, flocking effects, etc. It is believed that advanced customization may become the choice of more and more clothing brands in the future.
